Terms and Conditions

Effective: 14 June 2026 · Governed by UAE Law
Before you use AEO Intelligence
By accessing or using aeogoogle.com or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of AEO Intelligence.

1 Definitions

"Service" means the AEO Intelligence platform available at aeogoogle.com, including all tools, reports, AI agents, dashboards, exports, and related features.

"User" / "You" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service, whether as a free user or a paying subscriber.

"Operator" / "We" means Shobhit Bhargava, the individual operating AEO Intelligence from the United Arab Emirates.

"Audit" means a full 25-agent AI visibility analysis run on a business through the Service.

"Subscription" means a paid monthly plan (Growth or Agency) granting access to the full Service.

"Content" means any information, data, text, or output generated by or submitted to the Service.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at audit@aeogoogle.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3 Description of the Service

AEO Intelligence is an AI-powered tool that analyses the AI visibility of a business — how likely that business is to be recommended by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity — and provides scored reports, recommendations, and implementation plans.

Important: Nature of AI-generated analysis
Reports generated by AEO Intelligence are produced using AI language models and real website crawl data. They are analytical assessments — not legal, financial, or professional advice. Results are inherently probabilistic and may not reflect real-time AI assistant behaviour. Scores and recommendations should be treated as directional guidance, not guaranteed outcomes. We do not claim that implementing any recommendation will guarantee placement in AI recommendations.

The Service may experience downtime, interruptions, or changes without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4 Subscription Plans and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Two plans are available:

  • Growth — $49/month: 5 full audits per month, all features included
  • Agency — $99/month: 15 full audits per month, all features included

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised payment processor and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Your monthly audit quota resets 30 days from the date of subscription activation. Unused audits do not roll over to the following billing cycle.

5 Free Audit and Trial

A limited free audit (3 agents) is available on the landing page without registration. Free audits are subject to email verification and are provided for evaluation purposes only. We reserve the right to limit or withdraw free audit access at any time without notice.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE Federal laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service or its AI methodology
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service in excess of normal use
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information for auditing
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the Service in connection with illegal businesses, spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity
  • Circumvent any security, authentication, or access control mechanism of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately and without notice for violations of this section.

7 Intellectual Property

All software, branding, interface design, agent methodology, scoring systems, and original content on the Service are the intellectual property of the Operator and are protected by applicable UAE and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

You retain ownership of the business information you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that information solely for the purpose of generating your requested audit outputs.

Reports generated for you are licensed to you for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell or redistribute reports without a written Agency licence agreement.

8 Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (email delivery), Paddle (payments), and Render (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or data practices of third-party services.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

10 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate or reliable for any specific purpose.

11 Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Service and all stored data (audit history, reports, account data) will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.

Refund Policy

Effective: 14 June 2026 · Processed via Paddle
Our refund philosophy
We want you to be satisfied with AEO Intelligence. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both sides: if you have paid and not used the service, you deserve a refund. If you have used the service and received the value you paid for, a refund is not applicable. Every refund request is reviewed personally.

1 Refund Eligibility Summary

Scenario Refund Eligible? Account Access
Paid this month, have not run any audit, request within 7 days ✓ YES — Full refund Account and all historical data deleted upon refund
Paid this month, have not run any audit, request after 7 days ✓ YES — Prorated refund Account and all historical data deleted upon refund
Paid this month, have run one or more audits ✗ NO — Not eligible Access continues until end of billing cycle
Paid this month, ran audits but encountered a technical error ✓ CASE BY CASE Review within 48h — credit or refund at our discretion
Previous months (prior billing cycles) ✗ NO — Not eligible Prior cycles are considered consumed
Free audit (landing page 3-agent preview) ✗ NO — Free service N/A
Duplicate charge / billing error by Paddle ✓ YES — Full refund No impact on account access

2 The No-Refund Rule for Used Audits — Explained

An "audit" means a full Run All — triggering all 25 AI agents against a business. Each audit run incurs direct costs to us: API calls to Anthropic, server compute, and crawl processing. These costs are incurred immediately and cannot be recovered once a run is complete.

If you have run at least one full audit, your payment is non-refundable
This applies regardless of whether you found the results useful, whether your scores were lower than expected, or whether you subsequently cancelled your subscription. By initiating a Run All, you have consumed the primary deliverable of the subscription.

This policy is clearly communicated before each audit run in the dashboard. The "▶ RUN ALL" button deducts one audit from your monthly quota — this is the point of no return for that audit credit.

3 Refund for Unused Subscriptions

If you have paid for the current billing month and have not run any audit, you may request a refund. The following applies:

  • Within 7 calendar days of payment: Full refund of the monthly subscription fee
  • 8–30 days after payment, zero audits used: Prorated refund based on unused days remaining in the billing cycle
  • After 30 days (new cycle): The previous cycle is not refundable; the new cycle follows the same rules
Refunds result in immediate account closure
If a refund is approved and processed, your account will be deactivated immediately. All audit history, reports, score trends, competitor tracking data, and any other stored data associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. This data cannot be recovered after deletion. If you wish to preserve your data, do not request a refund — cancel your subscription instead (which retains access until the end of the cycle and keeps data for 30 days).

4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at audit@aeogoogle.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered account email address
  • The date of your payment
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Confirmation that you understand your account and all data will be permanently deleted

We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

5 Cancellation (Without Refund)

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings or by emailing audit@aeogoogle.com. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access and all data remain available until the end of the current paid billing period. After the billing period ends, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which your data is retained. After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

6 Technical Issues and Service Failures

If you experience a technical failure that prevents an audit from completing (e.g., server error, AI provider outage) and your audit quota was consumed without delivering results, contact us at audit@aeogoogle.com within 48 hours with a description of the issue. We will review server logs and, where the failure was on our end, either restore the audit credit to your account or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

7 Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks carry fees and administrative costs for us. If you initiate a chargeback for a payment that was legitimately processed and used, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution and to provide evidence of service delivery to Paddle and your financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.

8 Consumer Protection (UAE)

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (as amended) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the UAE Ministry of Economy's Consumer Protection Department.

📋 Additional Policy Recommendations

The three policies above cover what Paddle requires and what UAE law mandates. As you grow, consider adding the following:

Cookie Policy (Separate Page)

Currently covered briefly in Privacy Policy. Once you add any analytics (Google Analytics, Plausible, etc.) you'll need a standalone Cookie Policy and a cookie consent banner to comply with UAE PDPL and GDPR for EU visitors.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Required if you have Agency clients in the EU. A DPA defines your role as a data processor when you audit their clients' data. GDPR Article 28 mandates this. Paddle provides one automatically as MoR — you need one for B2B EU clients.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Expand Section 6 of Terms into a standalone page as you grow. Important for Agency clients who may audit competitor businesses or use white-label reports. Defines what businesses can and cannot be audited.

SLA (Service Level Agreement)

When you target Agency clients at $99/mo, they will expect uptime commitments. A simple SLA stating 99% monthly uptime with credit remedies builds trust and is standard for any SaaS above $50/mo.

White-Label Licence Agreement

If Agency clients re-brand your reports as their own deliverables to their clients, you need a written licence specifying what they can and cannot claim. Protects you from IP disputes.

VAT Registration (UAE)

UAE VAT is 5% and mandatory once you exceed AED 375,000 annual revenue. Paddle handles VAT for international sales as MoR, but once you have UAE-resident customers, you may need to register for UAE VAT separately. Track from day one.
